里面的例句The car's broken down so I've had to ……
the car's 是 the car has吗？
是的话前後时时态就有点怪怪的
因为是车子先坏 怎麽不是用had broken
第二个问题

里面的 and about 是什麽意思? 假如句子没有and about 也可以吗？
