标题[文法] 求一个句子的文法，感觉怪怪的

Clock LOW extension or stretching , if necessary, must start before the
TLOW:MIN of the bus has expired.
问题主要是:of the bus has expired. 为什麽中间不用+一个which?还是可以省略?
