标题[文法] 在这句子中，that是指哪一个?

This memory is partitioned into 16 banks of 256 bytes that contain the General
Purpose Registers (GPRs) and Special Function Registers (SFRs).
小鲁深信着，that, which 在当关代的时候，先行词一定是离它最近的那一个，但4看了这
句後，恍然大悟地发现，that的先行词好像是"This memory"捏。
所以小鲁提出了一个见解:
当独立子句是被动语态时，先行词代表的是主词；反之是受词，大家说是不是~

谢谢各位热烈回覆，我想先申明一点，此处的原文并不是dunchee所提供的网址的内容，所
以情况并不是GPRs跟SFRs各有128(不过也不是重点)，重点是contain没有+s，证明了这里
的先行词是"16 banks of 256bytes"，我的解读是:这16个bank(每个个有256bytes) cont-
ain.....，谢谢大家 小鲁下台一鞠躬
