标题[文法] 此处是否应该要用whom?

想再请教各位高手一个英文文法问题
You need to be the kind of person who other people want to be
stranded with on an uninhabited island
这句是从BBC上的文章截来,如果将这个句子拆开还原应为
1. You need to be the kind of person
2. Other people want to be stranded with the kind of person on
an uninhabited island
第二句的kind of person应为受词,那是否该用whom取代who:
You need to be the kind of person
whom other people want to be
stranded with on an uninhabited island
实在是文法苦手,请各位高手指点一下^^
