句子：
What the cat would rather you do is just to give him a slight head rub, and
that's it.
问题：
What the cat would rather you do is ....
这边应该是名词子句当主词？
想请教下这子句句型的构造，
疑问代名词领导名词子句排列顺序是：WH疑问词+S+V
可是这边的the cat->S 没问题
would rather -> 助动词後面却接着you 而不是动词，
那这名词子句不是少了V吗？
