标题[文法] Be going to be V+ing 跟 be going to V

各位文法大师们好~
请问be going to be V+ing 跟 be going to V的差别在哪? 使用的时机点是?
因为在我看来这两个是一样的意思..
举例:
1. I'm gonna visit my grandma next week.
I'm gonna be visiting my grandma next week.
2. If you put your feet in the water, the fish are gonna be nibbling them.
If you put your feet in the water, the fish are gonna nibble them.
有人可以帮忙讲解一下吗?
