想请教大家介系词的一个用法，题目如下。
Their skin is very sensitive to temperature changes. ______ warm weather,

(A) during (B) Instead of (C) Over (D) Through
正解为A
但是想要和大家讨论C这个选项
根据Cambridge字典, over也可以当作during something, e.g. over the summer
请问这题是否有两个答案呢?
