Mr Obama highlighted how the Queen had seen many presidents and prime
ministers come and go during her reign which reaches the milestone of 60
years in 2012. He said: "Your Majesty's reign has spanned about a dozen of
each and counting. That makes you both a living witness to the power of our
lives and a chief source of its resilience."
