标题[文法] 拜托教教我这个句子

1.They would wish to die as if struck by lightning,
one minute fully
aware of the sun cutting its rays under broiling storm clouds,
the next
gone.
为什麽这两个逗号分开的分词构句，都没有动词
对了 这是什麽样的文法原理？
有人可以解释一下吗
