各位大大这是一份有关保密协议的内容，小的时在是翻的很不顺，尤其是(a)(b)两点，不 知是否可以翻的意思精准一点，谢搂! The term "Confidential Information" shall mean any and all information or data which is disclosed by a party to the other party under or in contemplation of this Agreement and which (a) if in tangible form or embodied in any other media that can be converted to readable form, is clearly marked as confidential when disclosed, or (b) if oral, is identified as confidential on disclosure and is summarized in a writing so marked and delivered within thirty (30) days following such disclosure. 我觉得我翻的真的很奇怪，应该有点言不及义了.. "机密资料"这个名词在此份协议中的定义应该表示任何经过许可的资讯或数据由两者的 其中一方传递至另一方并且需在以下两种形式下成立，(a)若数据或资料为可以被转换成 阅读形式的文件(包含实体的资料或是其他表达方式的资料且可转换成阅读)时，当此文 件被揭露时即代表是此文件属机密性质 (b) 当资讯的传达是以口头表达，在表达当时 此资讯即具机密文件的性质而且必须在30天内以文字的方式呈报此内容 --
