You rightly note that “taxpayers have a right and need to know what favors
are being curried.” Furthermore, the public deserves to know the identity
and motivating factors of corporate donors, including the formation and use
of unethical front groups to sway politicians in their favor, since
these groups have the ability to outmaneuver and outspend the
average American voter.

☆您正确地提到纳税人有权力知道政府做什麽事，而大众也应该知道企业损赠的身份与动
机，包含了那些去说服政客迎合其口味的前锋组织团体之形式与使用，因这些团体有能力
去智取及过度消耗平均的美国投票人
taxpayers have a right and need to know what favors are being curried.
这句我觉得不知道要怎翻比较合适
而outspend我也不太清楚要怎麽样才能跟outmaneurver搭配起来
