benefit evasion？这恐怕是中式英文。说一个人爲了避嫌而回避，以避免利益冲突，
可以说：to recuse oneself to avoid conflicts of interest。
例：
The judge had to recuse himself from the case because a party contributed
significantly to his campaign.
由於案件一方曾出大钱协助法官当选，因此该法官不得不自行回避。
