propaganda tool while not helping to sway the opinion of people who
believe the U.S. didn’t kill bin Laden.
我的试译:
欧巴马告诉CBS节目，公开宾拉登的死亡照片的宣传手法，对那些认为美国并未杀死
宾拉登的人们而言，是无法动摇他们的意见
请问这样翻译对吗?
因为我卡在 "while not helping" 这边.....不太晓得怎麽解读
