Only about 150 leprosy cases occur each year in the U.S.,
mostly among travelers to places like India, Brazil and Angola
where it's more common. The risk of getting leprosy from an armadillo
is low because most people who get exposed don't get sick with the
ancient scourge, known medically as Hansen's disease and curable
if promptly treated.

从The risk 开始这一段....自己大概翻了一下
因为仇徐而得到麻疯的风险很低,因为大多数的人(who get exposed don't get sick
with the ancient scourge) 这一段有点疑问????
"因大多数人暴露在古代的灾祸不会生病" 这样有点怪??
