以下有几题文法题,想徵询版友们的见解:)

答案为(D)
2.Although most people in the U.K. reported they were reading a book

答案为(A)
想问第一题和第二题的关键在哪里? 常常被这种类似题击垮 囧
3. One of the best ways ______ your goal ______.
(A) to attain; is through hard work (B) to attain; is work
答案是(A) ,那请问(B)是否要改成is working?
4. The Central Weather Bureau ______ a warning on the sea against
the tropical storm Molave late Thursday night.
(A) announced (B) released (C) issued (D) declared
答案是(C),想问(A),(B),(C)三个皆有发布,宣布之意思,
字典解释:release->film, news 想问issue和announce这两个字的差别在哪?
