同一篇文章里还有一句
What few recipes I could actually cook were mainly solid: sous vide time
and temperatures were on the money, the recipes clear.
sous vide 是真空烹调法
不懂的一是 solid 在此要做何解? 二是 on the money 在此是什麽意思?
三 最後的 clear 前面省略了 were?
全句: 那些少数我能真正实际动手试做的食谱主要固定为: 真空烹调的时间和温度
都适合, 而且食谱清楚?
