标题[文法]请问几个文法~

1.The higher a students's grade point.........,the more likely he is to seek help.
这句两个比较级做为开头的文法,後面的 " is to seek"是固定的文法吗?
一定是 be动词 + to + V原形吗?
2.They think they can get by with a little less sleep.
想问一下"get by with"的意思,还有 a little less中的a little是用来修饰less吗?
3.There's the sense that if you dont have..................
There's the sense 是什麽意思呢? 跟 In common是一样的意思吗?
