标题[请益] 如何表达时区不同 告知时间

最近要安排跨国的电话面谈时间
但是我不太清楚如何清楚的表达 时区不同
以下是我的句子
We're living Taiwan right now. We follow the time zone, UTC+8, as same as
Perth.
接下来如果我要说 台湾比布里斯本晚两小时 也就是台湾是UTC+8 布里斯本是+10
有哪样的表达方式是比较清晰明了的
而又在跨国信件往来中 我该如何安排一个时间 作为基准时？
