看了一下文章和推文
发现大家犯了一个常见的错误
如果我们要表达 40% 变成 30%的话
应该是decreased by 10 percentage points
而不是decreased by 10%
如果从 40% decreased by 10% 的话应该是变成 36%(40%-40%*10%)
(感觉好像变成解数学题...)
