标题请问"现金周转"和"预算额度"在商业英文中怎麽说?

想请教以下两句英文有更适当且符合中文意思的写法吗?
◎ 因为现金周转的问题，我们的本月预算有限。
"Our budget is limited this month due to our current
cash flow situation."
◎ 我必须在那之前送出发票，否则就会失去预算额度。
"I have to submit the invoice by then otherwise
I'll lose my budget."
