标题[文法] 请教一个句子的文法

想请问一个文法问题，
不知道是不是自己哪里观念有误…
烦请版友指导一下了！
Computers have revolutionized the way we work.
想请文这句话後面的the way we work是关系子句吗？
他是不是省略了which?所以原本应该是：
Computers have revolutionized the way (which) we work.
如果是这样的话，那麽原本这句话的还原是否如下：
1.Computers have revolutionized the way.
2.We work the way.(?)
总觉得还原後的句子变的怪怪的，
请问是我哪里观念出问题了呢？
还是句子还原上有误？
一直找不到满意的解答，请教一下大家了！
