标题[请益] 几个疑问

1. 在文章里提到，有些地方不适合家有青春期子女的家庭去玩 (青少年会觉得无聊)，
譬如
family resorts where most of the families have little kids or your teen
doesn't know anyone other than you;
a long road trip with five people in a five-seater car;
any place where Americans may get "touristas" if they eat any nonhotel food.
请问这後这句的 get "touristas" 是甚麽意思呢？查很久都查不出来...
2. 有一种开黄色玩笑的方式，是在"特定时候"说 "that's what she said"，
譬如
考试时有个学生喊 This is too hard!
同学就会回 "that's what she said"
自然科学博物馆里导览员正在解释 "This is an unusually large spear."
听到这句话的死小孩就会偷偷说 "that's what she said."
请问 that's what she said 这句话是类似 "她很清楚哟" 的意思吗？
还是稍有出入呢？
3. "Fingerhut Professor of Education" 请问这是种什麽样的教授职称呢？
(包括最前面的 Fingerhut) 这也是查很久查不到..
4. 以下是一位母亲为儿子的触法行为找的"客观理由"：

请问 what ever social calling card fit the new time and place 是甚麽意思？
social calling card 应该是放在身上供紧急状况时(eg.昏迷)让别人辨识身分用的，
但是实在看不懂那一句话..
5. 小小孩会做出大人眼中"很古椎"的各种行为：
使性子、咬人、撒谎、争东西、向大人告密、捏宝宝捏得太用力、breath-holding，
请问最後的 breath-holding 是指什麽呢？
6. Michael Resnick,

请问这里的 activist professor 该怎麽解释呢？
