The geologist’s past record indicates that he will predict an earthquake
on 95% of the occasions for which an earthquake will occur and no earthquake
on 90% of the occasions for which an earthquake will not occur.

这位地质学家过去的纪录显示，他预测发生地震时，有95%的例子将会发生地震；
预测不发生地震时，有90%的例子将无发生地震。
提问：
在「预测发生地震....；预测不发生地震时....」不确定对不对，
请大家指教！
