标题[请益] redneck为何被称为redneck？

redneck在英文俗语中一般指很顽固的人
可是有没有人知道为什麽是用redneck这个字？
为什麽是redneck红脖子，不是greenneck，不是greentoes， 不是redhead...
请问由来是什麽？
