※ 引述《cgcluck (Never give up!)》之铭言： : 今天做阅读测验遇到一个语意问题 : Reading passage: : In 1472, the first ad in English appeared: a handbill tacked on church doors : in London announcing a prayer book for sale. Two hundred years later the first : newspaper ad was published, ... : Question: : When did advertising in newspaper begin? : A. Two hundred years after the first newspaper began : B.1704 : C.1672 : D.1758 : I choose the answer (C). But the correct answer is (A). : Can anyone explain it? : Thank you for your help.
