标题[文法] 请问这个句字中的动词要用哪一种时态比较正确？

在参考书中看到一的个句子
She's being really distant these days.
She's been really distant these days.
She is really distant these days.
正确答案竟然是第一句
我个人认为是第二句比较正确
第三句在文法上好像也没错
还有不解的是 She's being = She is being
be动词的进行式有什麽涵意吗? 还是只是口语的用法呢?
