这是今天空中英文的文章其中一段
Sometimes the things we believe are holding our families together
really aren't!!
请教一下 这个句子要怎麽看比较清楚
我觉得 we believe是形容the things的子句，
但是後面的are 和aren't 让我糊涂了！！
