to do sth. in good faith = 诚心/无恶意的去做sth.
we may... teach people to use it [这个it是free will这个名词] to credit man...
我们仍可以教导人们用这个词来获得"自由意志"的概念，不是为升天，而是为了不墬入
地狱。
上面这一段没看过前後语其实翻的还蛮心虚的...

: 提问：drop...altogether的意思；teach people to use it的it是指good faith吗?
: credit ... with 在这里该怎麽解释才会比较合乎文章的意思?

这是因为没看全文，无法了解Martin Luther的文中脉络
: 有没有人熟悉这个的作者(马丁路德)，他到底是要表达什麽意思咧?
