念英文数字是有逻辑的，请看逗号位置
2,401,346,574
^ billion
^ million
^ thousand
2, = two billion
401, = four hundred and one million
346, = three hundred and forty-six thousand
574 = five hundred and seventy-four
这样一段念下来有好几个and也无所谓
然後一般在 hundred 之後会有个 and
如112 = one hundred and twelve
可以不放and是 1)中间没有0 2)念的快 (也就是懒)
如401几乎没人念four hundred one，都会念four hundred and one
而471平常该念four hundred and seventy one
但你如果懒，或是金发碧眼不怕被笑英文差，就可能念 four hundred seventy-one
严格上算错，但也很常见
并且一般念(金额类)数字不会有zero出现
401=four hundred and one 不会是 four hundred zero one
4,001=four thousand and one
[除非金额是0，如 your balance is zero dollars (您帐户余额为0元)]
但念号码类数字就会有 zero
如:请拨 0926-xxx-xxx等你呦~ (XD)
= please call zero nine two six...
另外"千"常会被念为"十百"，在金额方面是完全可以接受的
如4,200=four thousand two hundred 或是 forty-two hundred
但这仅限"千"
4,200,000就不会念成forty-two hundred thousand
