小弟最近在做练习时 有看到以下的句子
One out of three motor-car accidents is caused by a teen-age driver.
这个句子是不是也可以将句中的"is"换成"are"？
如果换成"are"之後句意上有没有哪里不同呢？
如果再将句子改成
One in three motor-car accidents are caused by a teen-age driver.
那"are"也可以换成"is"吗？
