里面有not , without 我就不太懂意思
我这样翻，
她不可以没有练习在没有干扰她的家人的休息 ←→没有干扰她的家人的休息她不可以练习
後来我比照这个句子
I can not live without my parents
我活不下去在没有我的父母 ←→ 没有我的父母我活不下去

因为她住在一栋小房子里，练习的时候一定会吵到家里其他成员。
