这是一个有关 France 泡泡水喷泉的新闻
其中有几句话我看不太懂，想请教前辈们
(1).The fountain offers ordinary tap water.
依照直接翻译，
喷泉提供了经常的水阀= =?
若加以脑补，会变成"这个喷泉提供了像水阀门的性质"
又感觉很奇怪...自己把句子里面多了好多奇怪的东西@.@
请问我要如何翻译会更好呢!?
(2). The man read an article whose topic "dealt with working relationship".
感觉後面那个东西是补语
可是补语不是只能用 to V ... , Ving ... , that... , noun 来接吗?
怎麽会用个 p.p. 来接呢?!
(3). The supply is unlimited and there are separate taps for still,
refrigerated or unrefrigerated.
这个是指喷泉@@...
for still 是什麽意思呢?
整句的感觉就是"喷泉无止尽的提供泡泡水，并且还有区分泉水库，冰与不冰的。"
