The new regulation from the Department of Transportation requires
a change in the manner "in which" rest time is calculated for commercial
vehicle drivers.
请问为什麽要用 in which 呢，对於 manner 来说 应该是接 that
才是吧@.@...
以前学 in which 似乎就是等於 where....
可是 manner 应该不是指地方吧!
请板上高手指点了QQ
