(A)There seem to be
(B)It seems to be
根据以上题目，有两个问题想请教大家：
1.这题答案是B，是因为There seems to be~~~~ 永远等於 It seems to be~~~吗？
还是单纯只是在这个句子里，两种意思相同？
2.请问There seem to be这句型中，seem後面加不加s，是看be後面的名词单复数
来做决定吗？
