您好，以下是我的试译：
1. I am the dorm manager in charge of the fifth floor. If you have any
question in housing trivials, I am glad to solve your problems any time.
2. This dorm is accessible from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
3. If you forget to bring your key, come to the counter in the first floor
for help. Take out your student ID card in change of the key and then
return the key immediately after using.
4. The bathrooms and toilets in this dorm are public, so keep it clean.
The washing machines and driers are coin-operated while the dehumidifiers
are free.
