I had done the same job many times before, so I felt confident. However, the laptop suddenly got stuck and couldn't work during the speaking. I tried many times and the audience started to become anxious. Because the computer was stuck, I couldn't back up the file to the flash driver. I felt a little perplexed, but I was so lucky since the speaker backed up the file through email on his computer, so we just borrowed a laptop and downloaded the file.
