Exposure指的是知名度
over (the next five years)

在..期间 接下来的五年
没贴出来的前一段文字 有可能在描述一个过去的时间点
所以在这段才会出现 the next five years (since 某个事件或时间点)
例如
The programme was relaunched in 1988, and coverage and quality

increased substantially over the next 3 years
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
