我的试译：（求译「段落」者，本栏请勿留白）

alphabet teaching as remedial instruction had changed by students’ learning
condition.
因为是英文摘要 要用过去式
这里的had changed是不是要改成had to be changed比较理想呢?
2.The action research effectively solved the difficulties that using the
integrating technology information into elementary school English teaching.
