标题[单字] 一个生活中的单字，求中英文

要问的字词：（中英皆可）
我想问这个单字的中文和英文!!(因为我也不知道那个中文怎麽讲XD)
就是通常家中水槽水管有时候会堵住时
有时候会去买一种东西(有可能是粉状或是液体状)倒进水管或水槽内
然後用热水浇淋来疏通水管
When sth. cake up the pipe,
and the pipe is level or back pitched it holds water in it.
usually the plummer would use a kind of chemical things
to properly pitch the drains or pipes.
pretty sure it's not bleach,
and I'm not sure how to name this kind of stuff,
seems "solid crystal"(?),I've googled it but don't
know what is the usual way to say it.
