标题[单字] 含有二选一概念的连接词

我现在想要表达一种二选一的概念
如：
这家店有卖饭跟面
你如果点面的话，上菜时间是5分钟
"另一方面"，如果你点的是饭的话，上菜时间则要10分钟
这边的另一方面要用那个连接词单字比较好呢？
又或者
When case A occurs, we will have a.
When case B occurs, we will have b.
我要如何强调只有A与B两种选择呢？
不知道可不可以用 on the one hand ..... on the other hand 来表示二选一的概念吗？
(我查字典 这组连接词 是用在前後相反对比的句子上 用在这边 似乎不太适合？？)
