一个我的英文老师是这麽说的，学了新单字後，一定要用它做一下造句练习，以加深印象。
不只是单字，片语也一样。
这个方法蛮有效的。不过……因为懒的原故，我自己也很久没这麽做了。
You don’t know a whole lot about healthy life. For example, the common sense
that junk food is lacking in nutrients, but I just see you eat hamburger,
French fries, convenience noodle without eggs and vegetable almost everyday.
Why not you and I, both of us head to supermarket, buy some fresh foods for
cook yesterday.
上头的文章我写的，其中三个部份：
1,You don't know a whole lot.
2,Junk food is lacking in nutrients.
3, Yesterday.
都用上了刚刚在版上得到的资讯。想，如果每天都这样练上一两段，单字量应该会增加的
蛮快的。
