解题要用意义跟消去法互相辅佐
代入a. pulverize the terms 牛头不对马嘴
代入b. settle the terms = "定下条款" 似乎可以成句，先留做参考
代入c. vie 很怪，vie the terms 条款之间相互竞争??
代入d. wedge the terms (像门一样)卡住条款 也不通
a, c, d 都不行，只有b好像可以，当然就是b
