都没人回答，我来试试看：
「如果你连续两到三个星期，每晚至少睡足六个小时。」
大概是这样吧！
至於为什麽要这样写我就不知道了。
根据我自己翻出来的中文再翻回英文的话，我应该会写成：
Every night, if you at least sleep six hours for two to three weeks.
所以，原文的写法比较少见，推测可能是比较高级的用法。
