statements of the previous period ended on April 30,2009.
如财务报表附注一所述，本分公司业经行政院金融监督管理委员会 (Financial
Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan)核准，依解散基准日，将其全部资产、负
债及营业分割作价总数，让与XXX，并於民国九十九年五月一日向经济部商业司
(Department of Commerce of Ministry of Economic Affairs)办理解散注销登记待核
准中。
As notes 1 of the financial statement is disclosed, the Branch has received
FSC’s approval and will transfer all of its business, assets and liabilities
and assign all insurance policies to XXX Company and register dissolve
and cancellation in the Department of Commerce of Ministry of Economic
