标题[求译] 请求服务的一些句子英译

先说我的英文程度跟没有差不多，但是最近在工作上突然出现了外国人，虽然最後是民众
帮忙解决的，但是我是个服务人员，不能每次都要别人帮忙才行，所以我来这里请教，希
望大家可以多多给予教导，谢谢。
以下英文是用软体翻得跟自行修改的，所以可能不伦不类，请大家多多见谅
求英译：
1.
你好，请问你有办借书证吗？
Hello, what do you have a library card？
2.
请到一楼，2号柜台办理借书证。
please go to the first floor, 2 counter library card.
(感觉上好像少了办理这个动词)
3.
上面的萤幕是里面的座位状况。
The above screen shows the status of seats.
4.
红色是有人坐。
Red is the people.
5.
蓝色是空位。
Blue is the space.
6.
我跟你讲解一下规则。
I tell you what the rules.
7.
进门出门都要刷卡。
Should go out the door card.
好像也是少了"刷"的动词
8.
刷出门两小时内要回来，要不然会取消你的位置座位。
Brush out within two hours to come back， we will cancel your seats.
9.
今日不用座位，要你自己取消座位。
Today do not have seats, it has to cancel yourself the seats.
10.
请填入你的身分证字号或是护照号码。
Please enter your ID number or passport number.
11.
请填入你的家里电话前四码或是手机号码前四码。
Please enter your home phone or cell phone number before the four words.
12.
请问你听得懂吗？
Do you understand?
