标题[文法] 完整句子後逗点接形容词的问题

在这个句子中:
These ideas appealed to many Germans who listened
to Hitler, spellbound.
^^^^^^^^^^
想请问一下,这个形容词 spellbound 可能是修饰 Germans,
好像在结构上有省略,
又为什麽会放在後位修饰呢?
有人可以帮我讲解或还原句子结构吗?
