a在取得b的独家代理权之前, b在a取得代理前所销售及正在洽谈的客户,属乙方所有,
即便是在a取得b的代理权後也仍不可以干涉, 除非b同意, 否则a在此两种状况下皆不得干涉.

Before getting the excusive angency from party-a, the target clients
whom are in contacting and negotiating by Party-b absoulately belong to the
business of Party-b.Even after getting the excusive angency, party a still
has no rights to interfare. Unless get the permit from party b.
提问：
是否可以有更漂亮或者是更修饰的翻法呢?
另外,除非....否则.....要怎麽表达比较好?!
