不过 这边也提供一点想法 听听看吧
"独立分词构句"

分析: 连接词(if) S1 + V1 , S2 + V2
The weather permitting, we will not go out
可变成: S1 + Ving , S2 + V2
原因 (连接词不见了 所以V变分词Ving)
所以 第二题 应该是 :
People using the Moses code, messages can be sent in this way.
S1 + Ving , S2 + V2
重点是: "People" 在语意明确下(当然是人使用摩斯汉堡), 可省
for example: Some (people) say...,but other (people)
=> otherS
结论: ( People) using the Moses code, messages can be sent in this way.
==> Using the Moses code, messages can be sent in this way.
同理可推 : ________ English, it is necessary to read it aloud every day
原本句:
People learning English, it is necessary to read it aloud every day
=>(People) Learning English, it is necessary to read it aloud every day
不过这一句本来的连接词 是啥 我不确定 , 请大家想想 是 WHEN 吗?
