因为这里不是关系代名词的概念
而是名词子句的概念
the truth that, the fact that...这类单字都要用that带出名词字句

: A:(A) 我知道意思是 忙於讨生活而没有太多娱乐

too...to...的用法如果用在这句
意思就会完全不一样了
He is too busy making a living to have many hobbies.
他太忙於生活而没有太多的嗜好
He is too busy to make a living to have many hobbies.
他太忙了以至於他没办法工作过活来培养许多嗜好
