标题[求译] 和国外厂商谈代理权

最近公司要和国外一知名公司谈代理他们的某产品，所以叫我去连络他们...
但我商业英文真的很差，很怕说的英文不够正规，针对即将发出的email来请教一下
To Whom it May Concern:
请问第一句是这样吗? 还是有别种用法?
We would like to talk about the franchise of your products or any other way of
cooperation in Taiwan.
这边是我主要的疑问点，代理权的英文有好多种，我这句是用franchise
但我不知道到底是不是这个字
现在的情况是我们公司是国内这产品的知名厂商，对方是国际上这产品的知名厂商
我们想跟他们谈代理某些产品(同质但不一样)
请问这样的代理应该怎麽说呢?
